AI Photo QA Review for Real Estate

ListingPolish is an AI real estate photo editing workflow that edits full property shoots, automatically reviews each result for common issues, and flags only the photos that need attention. It checks for issues such as property changes, window problems, geometry distortion, color inconsistency, and AI artifacts.

Property Integrity

Structure changes, altered permanent fixtures, added or missing objects, and room geometry shifts. The highest-risk issues are checked first — a changed property is a failed delivery.

Window QA

Blown windows, missing window pull, hallucinated outdoor views, deformed frames, and halos around window edges.

Geometry QA

Warped vertical and horizontal lines, distorted door and window frames, warped cabinets, and stretched rooms.

Color Consistency

White balance, exposure, and brightness outliers measured against the rest of the shoot, so all photos look like one set.

AI Artifact Detection

Distorted text, strange reflections, malformed objects, repeated textures, oversmoothing, blur, and overprocessed HDR.

Need Review workflow

Photos with likely issues are marked Need Review; clean ones are Ready to Deliver and can be accepted in bulk. Open a flagged photo to see what was found, then accept it, exclude it, or retry.

QA-guided retry

When a problem is detected, QA findings are used to guide the retry before the image is checked again. The system knows what was wrong and re-edits that specific problem instead of generating another random version. Final delivery stays under the photographer's control.
